Jay Squids is a visual artist current living in Greensboro, North Carolina. She ventured from Clayton, North Carolina to originally pursue dental hygiene but later changed it to graphic design/visual arts. In this interview she talks about getting an early start in creating by creating model cars with her days, her time at A&T University, internships, and the hardships of freelancing.
